I dont have a data gauge on the kart so I cant figure max. Or tempature. Jetting - How much attention does this need?
I think 58 is stock and I havn't really spent much time attempting to read plugs until now. The motor is not blue printed if that makes a difference (and no extra holes in the Carb). Spark Plug Gap - I know that I am way in left field on this one as I just leave the plug at the gap that comes out of the box. From previous post that I have read I carry two plugs (Please correct me if I got this wrong) the Champion CJ6Y for under 70 Degrees and the Champion RCJ7Y for above 70 Degrees. We have been at it for about 3 months now and are in Florida at about sea level. With the stock air filter we use a 56 or 57 jet depending on the temperature and humidity.
